Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS)
Provides up to ₹20 lakh as grants for proof-of-concept, prototype development, and product trials, and up to ₹50 lakh as debt/convertible debentures for market-entry and commercialization. Supports DPIIT-recognized, tech-driven startups less than 2 years old, with funds disbursed milestone-wise via incubators. Incubators may receive up to ₹5 crore to support eligible startups and strengthen early-stage innovation pipelines.
